The life of an editor: muttering ‘accept the edits, you bastard!’ at the utterly terrible Track Changes function on Office 365. In my ESP I have 6 apps assigned, Microsoft Office 365 and a VPN along, the rest of the apps are coming to the device after users login, but usually it takes a couple of hours, or a day.

A genuine Q, more discussion starter I guess, how do these flows/apps/dashboards etc get maintained to fix bugs, add new features etc? Is it via the IT Support desk or in house devs or?
